So basically I started PvPing back here like a week ago.
Because of some friends, I managed to get a new TA set again after my (2nd?) year set expired.
Missing a TA mini and 2 grounders but thats ok. cough.
Anyways, back when I was here a few months ago I had heard of allie reducing TD to shits, and other things..
So what exactly is best for surge pvp? is gc even effective here or is it still bad because of the stats/lag? What's changed in overall stats for bot types?
Well, tricky says if you use TD you will never learn how to run, which is true. But I prefer using TD over TA for pvp.

TD is still the same here I believe 150 for flags and mini's. GC is good to use here in my opinion depends on how strong your internet is. I can do fairly decent with it anyways.
If you're good enough, GC can destroy even with lag. That takes a lot of practice, though, and you have to understand non-lag elements with it first, making it hard to learn. D:

btw running should also be easier here from trans because of the speed. I don't need TD here for that but just for FFA's where theirs those trans rams. Still don't know if TD is as effective as it was in bots or not. :/

i cant even hit once in pvp using gc lolol
Like bobo said using GC is very hard and takes time to practice.

With lag, practicing with GC I never improved. Only use it if you have a Jrharputer or a Allienet.
Tricky I do better against khaos with gc then I do with upper.

Like I said, gotta learn non-lag elements first. Paraphrasing what you said some time ago, if you had a good connection since your first day of BOTS, you would have 5 years of non-lag practice, and would still be good.
