Ok,I just dowloaded Boutcheetah on my cousin's PC and if i click start there happens nothing...

Turn off anti-virus -> Reinstall BC -> Play.

This happens because some anti-viruses think that bout.dat is some sort of virus and delete it.

Also try downloading .net framework 2.0 and 2008 microsoft redistributable. then use the full patch from the download section above to fix the client from any problems.
