Unlock guild vs guild. There is no reason to lock it. You thinking it's probobly not gonna get accepted is not a valid reason; it should still be open for discussion.

What discussion? Most of it was spam. If you wanted a Guild vs Guild thing, make an event about it.
you shouldnt lock a topic because it has spam in it, you should delete the spam posts. (unless the topic has gone to off topic)

Pros: none, really.
Cons: there are 33 pages of guilds, 100 each page. 3300 guilds approx.
