It's not really harassment when you whisper someone. But if you really bother someone in whisper, I think it is harassment.
I beat him in pvp and he called my fighting style 'nooby' cause i had ion and he was using uppercut so i challanged him to a rematch in which id use guardcrush and he refused and said that i was 'harassing' him. lol.
