It would help if you added some details.
That or PM RedEyes for assistance, however, he doesn't read Pms on a regular basis.

Click membership at the top on tabs, follow instructions. PayPal and 1onebip are the only payment services they provide. Nothing more to it.

It's more complicated than that I'm afraid.
Apparently visa gift cards cannot be used or subscription
payments and can only be used for one time payments

Try adding the card to your account, then send the money to [email protected] manually, send me a PM when you do so, then I will add membership to your account.
