first off didn't know which subject to place this under as the original postings were removed from the threads, but curious if my ban will be lifted automatically or if I needed to contact a staff member, I messaged Santa but haven't heard anything back as of yet, was banned last weekend by suggestion from Mod Selene in connection to my language in game towards another player.

Doesn't matter if it is a private server or not. The rules should be just as strict.
Rules are the foundation of a functional society.
It's okay to swear occasionally. Using them to flame someone is definitely not something we will tolerate. Personally, I would have not banned him for cussing me out, but that's just me ::)

I'm just talking about in terms of language. Is a free world after all. Action speak louder than words, so why bother limit words rather than action.

It's a private server with rules. Follow the rules and you won't get banned.
