When I equip it it only does like 107 damage + whatever Gun parts I have on.

was it lowered on purpose or was this never noticed?

doubt it's rare but still a low drop rate chance for this thing >_<

noticed when i first started playing

got the drop, was like "zomgwtfhax" and was disappointed with the results. D:
