ads only get on your video if you have partnership which you can't get unless you avoid violating any form of copyright (games = copyright) and get roughly 2k views per consistent upload and 100 subs at the miniumum, or if your vid has violated copyright it gets an ad on it and more ads = more money for the people who owned the copyright you violated :P
