Title: A new reset
Post by: mhj on December 26, 2011, 07:09:52 PM
You could reset your level but not your exp. That could encourage people to reset and still be active. So the players who reset would still have their exp.

Just a suggestion, I don't even think much of it myself.

You need exp to level up.
Each level needs a fixed amount of exp.
Resetting lvl but not exp would mean instantly lvl 200 in first sector run. .-.

Thats what coding are for you nub.
Use Allie tabel and say 2,8m for level 200. If you then reset you would need 23 exp again to level again (still having your 2,8m exp).

@Delta
Coding. Use just a little imagination k?

But again. It will take many hours.

exp on rankings come straight off the server. so resetting your stats on the server= reseting on the rankings.

That's just useless and complicated.
Basically you're suggesting something like rebirth.
