I came across this item when i typed "hal" in the market advanced search. Is this flag still obtainable somehow?

Example: Get lvl 200 on low.

look at the flag of ''Dragonclaw'' He has one Hall Of Fame Flag.

HallOfFame Flag is for people who have done something none has ever done. Like Matic who got level 200. I doubt none will get it again for getting 200 on low.

Yes he does, he deserved it so i gave him my hall of fame flag.
