Why Event Inactive? Thats Sign, we cant redeem our snowball(s) again? or maybe, tell me how to redeem the snowballs.
Simply go to Game Content -> Events, scroll down to the christmas event, and you can still redeem the snowballs. They are redeemable anytime.
