Dark edges are wayyyyyy too heavy. Lower the opacity.
Colours are all over since there are multicoloured flags in the bg.
Try to make the lightsource fit the render. For instance you can see the render would agree with light going right to left.
I'm gonna rate it 6/10 since your previous works were better.
