basic attack, trans attack and hp doesn't change with the + thus the higher the set the higher this stats.
The extra stats like evade, speed and gun dmg for surge, have only minor differences in those sets.
So imo elektra +6 has better stats than dark surge +7
But my dark set is better looking, so I won't buy you're elektra meteor ;)
