That's because no-one even knows how to BvB.
There is nothing to do about it. The only thing is to make it illegal and make staff members stalk every room but even with this we can't stop it and we can't just make the rule at this event. Changing the rules in the middle of something screws up a lot.

The word is laziness.
Why do it the hard way when you can do it an easier way. It's very understandable.
Because then it's not fun. Might as well not have an event if it's not really fun. But if people find boosting "fun", then I don't seem to understand. :\
If you want fun, don't boost.
Why do you care if others have fun ?

I doubt any would do Base legit. It's still faster farming chests.
A normal base game should take around 15+ minutes.

I'd say the normal base game is like 7-11 minutes. 15 if you're trying to kill all their mercs.
The few games I've ever played base I just rushed the base and won/lost within 1-2 minutes..
