What are you talking about? Well, you can't say that because you are harshing me at a sort.
Warning =/= Demotion.
Warning can be a green dot (just a simple warning given for breaking a forum rule), yellow dot (moderated user, all posts must be approved) and orange dot (muted, can't post anything at all).
At the given time, Lyric_ was a GM, and Muncay was a Forum Moderator. They had a lot of fights, and apparently they loved warning and unwarning eachother.
Oh, and go back on topic.

Ok thank you for saying that to me at the right time. You look very formal :)
Loving warning and unwarning eachother??? If it was I who had warned I will be sad. And almost in everyone's case. What's with these both guys?
well i didn't think they loved each other
they had quite a lot of fights about various stuff so lyric warned zeph because to lyric zeph broke rules but zeph didn't think so and he unwarned himself
correct if wrong
This sounds soo mysterious and fun.
I wish I had fights with someone like Allie and being serious.
Now, I will work to have fights with Allie but I do not have a social status here and the support from the people. I will be like them someday.
Iri's got it right, except the reason I didn't unwarn myself after Allie warned me was because she simultaneously demoted me.
@SerJhk: I was a forum moderator when all this happened o-o"

warning is a warning.
u get a warning for doing something false/ broke some rule.
if u repeat the same mistake, u'll get a ban or something.

You obviously aren't getting the context, your whole post is fairly irrelevant
So, staffs here are fighting? Not a professional team here.

We are professional... We have our fights now and then.

No, the professional staffs won't create/invovles in fights and they should stop/avoid the them, especially between the staffs.
this is old and the "unprofessional staff" were demoted since then

Both people feel that their point of view is rightfully justified. So we try to make the other person understand. When we are arguing, what we are essentially trying to do is to show the other person our side – to show them that we are right (and they are wrong).
After all was said and done, underneath the problem on the surface, what we were really fighting for was to feel appreciated and validated. We, each in our own indirect way, were trying to let the other person acknowledge us, and to value what we contribute. But sometimes, we can be so stubborn.
If you dissect all the fights we've had in the past with our significant others, and through observing our friends, I think the desire to feel appreciated and recognized is a common theme. What's interesting is that in the heat of "battle", when we are so consumed with wanting the other person to see our side, we become blind to recognizing the other person's point of view – which is equally valid and understandable. It's like trying to put out fire with more fire, you will just end up with a bigger fire.
In every argument, there are two sides to every story. It is highly likely that both parties are partially wrong, and both parties are partially right. And if both people continue to argue for their side, there will be no end to it. There will be no peace, no resolution.
Admitting that we were wrong can feel as bad as pulling our own teeth. And when we do, it requires an internal fight with our ego to overcome our natural urge to retaliate and defend for our side. But it is possible to make a conscious decision of setting our egos aside – this may require biting our tongues, and nodding our heads in agreement though.
I don't give a shit about being appreciated or acknowledged, I wasn't getting muted for "disobeying a GM" was all, I felt that he was biasly muting myself and Silence's members (at the time) while ignoring the misdeeds of his own members (which he did) that's all this fight involved, on top of that it was forever ago, any hate towards the staff now would be irrelevant both Lyric and I have been demoted (Lyric's demotion took a lot longer than mine, and it was only because he became inactive, when I was fighting with Lyric I pretty much told Allie to **** off with her "you have to listen to GM's, and not question the decisions of those higher up than you" method of thinking, so she demoted me
