what does that ?

try disabling your antivirus / make an exeption for Zylonshield.dll & zylonshield.protect

Does your internet browser work on the computer you are trying it on?  If it does, please install Team Viewer (www.teamviewer.com (http://www.teamviewer.com)), and PM me the ID/Pass
