I think it's a bit empty. Smudging is fine but I think a bit more stuff would do it some justice. Also, i'm really hatin on the text :| Placement and font.

I'm going with like a 4.5, it's well blended, but it's empty, the text placement isn't great, and the tip of the gun isn't as well blended as the other parts. I'd try adding some more effects, going with text that doesn't need opacity, and is easier to wkr with, and using some more colors to spice it up, try photo filters and gradient maps for depth.
