Because no one makes userbars. We hardly have enough to make a SOTW..
Bad.Enyway userbar its more easy then a signature and more players will come to make mayby :)

Considering SOTW isn't official or anything, you could always make UOTW but it might be unsuccessful.
Make sigs and join in the fun, it's a lot easier anyway ¬_¬

imo userbars cannot have all the aspects of a signature, and would be hard to be judged.
