just recently downloaded & reinstalled client to replace my 1 yr old cleint & to remove all mods and shiz and this happened.

there's no such thing as graphic resolution in bc clint and i dont think its my pc's shit

Click on the little hammer in the lobby, press on High Detail for the quality.
