Hello, can you please run the "Full Repair" on the settings panel on the launcher. Please let me know if that resolved your issue(s).

Does it say something about Internet Errors have occurred. You can press start anyway?

Okay, disable avast for a few minutes and open the updater. you can re-enable afterwords, or just add exceptions to boutcheetah's client if you know how. If you need me to assist you on team viewer (www.teamviewer.com (http://www.teamviewer.com)), simply install it and PM me the id/pass.

Fixed. Turns out it was his internet explorer. He got a virus that set the proxy settings so the internet browser would not be able to connect to the internet.
