Have three sub sections in the suggestions suggestions called accepted, pending, and denied
Other examples include, but arent limited to (lawl ive always wanted to say that):
Completed, Pending, Denied
Implemented, To-do, Denied
Added, Pending, Declined
Idk go crazy
Keeps it more organized I guess
