Add a shoutbox on forums
Why?
1: no more spam post like 'look our guild page'
2: no more gravedigging just post the link in shoutbox and people can view it
3: more communication on forums
4: it shows the latest posts where somebody replies or response on. (which means there is place for other boards on forums like weekly votes and other entetainment.
5: random shouts and trolls ftwwww

I don't really understand the concept...
Like a chatbox posted on the forums. (like webclient) it auto refreshs and shows latest posts and replies. Also you can talk using the shoutbox without getting postcount

the point is that it doesn't matter. its a shoutbox it works like a chatbox but also shows the latest posts and replies.
I would find it annoying scrolling up and down to see whats been said, so it would matter to me ;)
You can just ignore it :p or just jump in a random confersation
