Everytime I start a game I get d/ced and this pops up.. "The ialmrnt5 display driver has stopped working normally" What do i do?? Please help!

Check your video card drivers.

Where do i go to check Video card drivers? And how do i upload the log.txt file sorry im just so confused.

Uhm, you can use www.pastebin.com (http://www.pastebin.com) to paste the info from the log.txt to it.
