If you're refering to the regular rates it's like that.
Monday - thursday = normal rate.
Friday + saturday = x2 rate.
Sunday = x3 rate.

If you're member you get automatically an additional x2 rate.

If you're playing a sector game with a {m} qualifier you get extra 50% exp.
A {h} qualifier gives extra 100% exp.
