Its normal, Hack leeching is against the rules. Its almost bad as hacking

You probably got manually banned and forgotten,because if you were auto banned for hacking/hack leeching kenny unbanned everyone and gave them a chance for those who hacked/hack leeched

Either your relatives played on your computer,and got your IP banned by hacking

On top of that he/she is a member, and I doubt someone would buy a perm member only to hack.
