Sanctuary (http://boutcheetah.zylongaming.com/index.php/topic,1357.0.html), it's kinda dead but it's pretty much the only pvp-only guild.

Aeon has the best PvPers but it's a Sector guild, so really there aren't any PvP guilds left.

it shitty tho cuz Sanc has only like 5 active pvpers. :/
