What programs do you use to edit or modify a model in bots and how because i want to edit something.

GIMP/Photoshop

Though if you use photoshop you'll need to convert the file into a png or jpeg.

You can just open it straight away, then save it as a different format. So png or w/e. Forgot the best one for mods. Then rename its extention .ba0 or ba2 for LQ.
Just sayin' if you didn't know.
