I remember there was a passive which decreased your trans gauge drain when you are running or blocking. You should release that in to the game.

Evo is a BoutCheetah private server. They copied 99% from us, including packets. lulz.
Accelerator bugs the interface. We don't want to be newbs like them who release unstable things.

I forgot to mention..there are actually accelerator passives in the game. They're just extremely rare, and probably the ones who have them are all gone.
Edit: Only two exist in the game. They belong to Meta and Phoenix. Both with about 990 games left.
