i think spam because people would either:
a) say happy birthday
b) quote someone else saying happy birthday
we must also realize that
a) birthdays arent really important
b) itll clutter up off topic

When someone posts a screeshot with an accomplishment in screenshot section you can also just say "Gz" or quote someone saying "Gz".
but the screenshot section is meant for screenshots

part of feedback threads could also be considered spam, since some posts are "i agree/dont agree"
i mean that posts in birthday threads may be repetitive but they don't happen so often and birthdays arent unimportant
