when making a pop out sig , usually you erase the border where it pops out
work a bit more on normal sigs b4 making them pop out ;o

i made the border because i like borders but thats a personal opinion.

how do i remove these? i use the blending option to make the stroke :L

uhm remove the blending option border

make a new layer select the normal sig (ctrl +click the pic part of that layer)
then go to edit stroke
it should make a border
then erase the parts that have a pop out sticking out of them
