plss help my game always crashes, every time I launch the launcher it crashes. re-installed it several times yet, same type of crash happened.. pls help

Have you tired turning off your Anti-virus, or simply adding the game to your Anti-virus exceptions.
Other than that I would suggest updating your Direct x driver(http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35)) or by simply google-ing Direct x download.
