Title: Can hear the audio but no video

On startup, I can hear the music for the login screen, but I can't see anything. Help?

everyone makes that mistake selene. sometimes if i read too fast ill mix shit up like that too lol

imma go ahead and make a guess and say theres an issue with ur graphics card

Hello, I don't quite know what could cause this problem.  Can you install Team Viewer and pm me the ID/Pass when I am online (www.teamviewer.com (http://www.teamviewer.com)), and I may be able to resolve this issue.

Yeah. It's my boyfriend's computer, but sometime in the next few days, I'll get him to do all that.
