You've probably heard this question before, so I'm sorry if I'm annoying anyone with it but...

...Is it possible to buy items like elektra +7 and stuff of admins with in-game cash?

If yes, is it possible to buy non-transferable items off them (ig cash) WITHOUT getting banned? o.o

Yes it's possible to buy non-tradeable items off Admins.
However you can't buy any Tier armor.
I don't know about elektra +7.

Not with ingame cash,you can buy any non staff items with real cash i think
