For some reason BoutCheetah won't launch. I've tried reinstalling and fixing internet, but it won't let me launch. Help?

Add zylonshield.dll and bout.exe to your anti-virus program's exceptionslist.

Now it just says internet issues,yet my internet is working just fine :-\ >:(
