looks amazing but can u explain exactly what u did? I dont do graphics and stuff so I have no way of knowing if this was something that took 5 hours of work or something that is accomplished by simply clicking an option or something

It probably took a while cuz he needed to draw it all you see u hav vector pics which if u resize doesn't change resolution.
Then u have bitmap pic's( u have these most of the time) if u resize these the resolution changes. E.g. you enlarge bitmap u start to see pixels. If u enlarge vectors it doesn't.
Hope this was suffisient(something like tht).

yeah i took a normal picture of lady valor and changed it from pixels to colour

im not questioning your skills whatsoever just asking if this is how it's done

trace image, add effect?

i don't get what goes into vectoring at all i never did that stuff when i gfx'd =/

it's basically colouring over the image
like if you take a picture of anything and go over it with a brush that's the basic concept
i don't use brush though , pentooling and erasing extra parts
