It is fuel for your bot. If u have "fuel" on then u get a little boost of HP, the more BS u have the more HP boost.

Gives HP only when it is on. To turn it on, say in the lobby @fuel on, or @fuel off to turn it off. However, it reduces 0.7% each game.
