ok, when i click start nothing happens, no errors or anything.
first i tried to download the registry files from that thread in tips and guide and it says cannot import : (directory) : cannot access the registry file. after trying many times making sure bout cheetah is off it still wont work. so i tried to manuall do it, by going to regedit, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - SOFTWARE - N Log Soft - Bout = Use Window Mode value changed to 0.
still none.
im using windows xp, at 32bit

I started the updater, and it loaded up perfect, but when I pressed start, absolutely nothing happened.

Well, I have actually never seen this problem before, it is likely that if you have a virus protection software, it deleted C:\Program Files\BoutCheetah\bout.dat, so try disabling your virus protection and download http://updates.zylongaming.com/bout/updater/bout.dat then place it in C:\Program Files\BoutCheetah\, If this doesn't work, I can kindly take a look at it if you install Team Viewer 5(www.teamviewer.com), and PM me the ID/Pass (when im online).
If I am not online on the forum, try contacting me via msn

Ehh. Just add BoutCheetah to the list of excluded programs.
This way you can play BC* & still be safe.

ok thanks, i'm downloading teamviewer right now, and no, the bout.dat wasn't deleted, and im using avast antivirus and symantec antivirus; i cant seem to uninstall symantec antivirus

This problem has been resolved. It turns out he was missing zlib.dll, and 30+sound files.
Normally, I would suggest reinstalling the client.
The 1 time I don't. Turns out is the 1 thing he needs to do.. :o
