I have edited the HP bar of the ram so that it looks like he has an extra long hp bar
someone could easily do this to frame someone
Therefor, a report which only shows evidence of hacking by means of a screenshot of an extra long hp bar, is not enough proof.
This is just to let people know.

Record them instead, sure you could fake that aswell, but that would take some mad video skills and too much time & effort for an average player.
