Hey, i'll try to write it here, hope someone will notify my problem, i have searched google for it, but no chance getting an answer. - I am having an issue, i just downloaded Boutcheetah. And when i try to start it up, it doesn't do anything, i have tried :
Disabling anti-virus.
I have the newest frame work etc...
any help would be appreciated! :)

Tried, still nothing happens.
It's your anti-virus, disable it or add the launcher to the exceptions list on whatever anti-virus program you're using.
If nothing works, just create a new account on your computer and make it Administrator, then re-download and play. Somethings stopping you from opening, I've had this before, if its not your anti-virus/admin it might be something else.
I just tried with deleting my anti-virus program. Still nothing works, tried running as Admin, still not working.. i am on a admin account, well i'll try creating a new account ..
Hmm. I may have found the issue. I just noticed it's way long time ago since i last updated my graphics card. But would that matter? I'm updating it right away

No, i play WITHOUT any graphics card, my PC is shit.

try going to BC folder and delete bout.dat

I am downloading a new setup and installing it on my new account, trying it out, then i'll try to delete the thing you told me

Still nothing. It won't even start it up.... tried deleting the bout.dat aswell.

Is this still happening, or are you still looking for a solution? If so, I'm not too clear on your problem.
If you open the BC Launcher application and it does not run, then that could mean one of two things.
You don't have the correct frameworks and other distributables, or maybe even drivers to run it (unlikely, but a possibility).
Or, your launcher is corrupted. Check to make sure it is 882KB. If it's not, this is the problem and we can resolve this simply.
If you can open the launcher, but nothing happens when you hit start, it's a simple problem of having no bout.dat in your root BC folder. Once again, easily resolved. This happens when you have an antivirus that detects the bout.dat (or launcher) as a virus.
