So my suggestion is to add the ability to create more than 1 character in an account and for each character to have a second password like a 4 digit PIN incase the account's password has been stolen. There could be a limit like 3 characters per account. This makes it easier to create new characters so you don't have to go through all the fuss of registering.

I guess it does have it's advantages on multiple characters per account. We only have two-character limit right now.
The only one I thought of suggesting that doesn't really make me feel like I look like a stupid person is the 4-digit PIN though how easy could it be to change the password, e-mail and security questions and answers of the hacked account when you have the password of that account.
By the way my friend's old account is hacked, could an Admin interview my friend so that he may get his account back?

i think they will not do this.. because.. if they do so. they will lost some accounts that will buy membership. because if ur 1 account has 5characters and it is member. all of ur characters will get the same benefits of what member has :D

You may be right by that. I forgot one of my character's pin on another game once.

Oh yeah, and the people in ranking would increase multiple times 'coz of char per acc.
The membership is just easy to modify I guess? You just become member on one char, other chars are non-member. Or maybe cut-off the membership perks proportionally to the number of characters.

Well, I didn't mean that but I guess this complicated system is too hard to implement.
Also, when you forget the pin, character over. And if by some chance a "Forgot Your Pin?" option would be put where you only need the e-mail, it'd be easy to hack it again, all you need is the password and obviously the username. Change the user data and all.
Or make pins optional, how's that sound?

It has been suggested before, and if I'm not wrong it got denied because it's impossible to make such a thing without the original source code of the game.
