Did u played 219 s b4 it? cuz it can be the same bug that happened to me with 206 then 219 s.
You could have just pushed the mobs down on the side and get Tier 3 easily :o

There are mobs glitched to the left, basically impossible to kill them, so no, he would be stuck on the first wave. Ross has already messed around with each level using this glitch a long time ago. ::)
The glitch is caused because the game keeps a cache of the map after you played it once, thus leading to faster loading times each time you start up the level after the first time. After you change the level it will restart, the game has a max of 1 level stored per time. ::)

Half of the mobs didn't even spawn, and no i just played 219 and that happened.
