i buy snow ball and i don't know how to use this item??? someone help me?
Game Content> Event > Christmas > Redeem .

In the bc site(here) go to came content and click on events. Go to the last event on the list that is this year xmas event. a image will load and there u can redeem the snowballs in ur inventory by clicking on redeem.

Choose Christmas, the one which is in the bottom of the list.
Pur your snowballs you want to use in the inventory.
Click redeem in the site.
probably should make it easier to redeem snowballs
You have to log out completely for the snow ball to take effect :P

The snowball takes effect immediately as soon as redeemed. But if you want the benefits in-game then you have to relog your account. :P
