why is kowbat (jura trans) tradeable or giftable, i suggest it should be, because then we could give it for secondary account or sell it to another member of the game.

Rare items will be rare items I guess, so I don't think they will be tradable.

so it's a good reason why it should be open to gift/trade, or if you just open it to be gifted, then they just gift them to the trusted once.
then it's not many that going to sell their rare, just transfer it to another account.
