And ik its not necessary i think its just good to the game knows what gms players like most, cuz maybe if they do a good job that non rulebreakers like they will probably get more votes

Was a hard decision to choose one of them to me.

Threads like this (where people list their favorite) is disrespectful to the staff who dont get chosen. Today someone in the lobby said i was the best mod right in front of angrod. I told him not to say that again because its disrespectful to other mods. Not to mention the fact that staff dont do their job to be liked. They do their job to help out. Threads like this have no place on the forums in my opinion, and i hope this one gets removed. No good will come out of it.

It is not disrespectful just because someone voices their option that they like someone over another. Not like Ross is saying; "Mat is the best, and the rest are complete crap." Ross likes and respects all the staff (excluding one), however some more than others.  If Ross was to say he likes Allie as much as Kenny, just to "not seem disrespectful" (even though Ross does have some respect for Allie) then that would just be sucking up, and completely biased. As long as we keep it to; "Ross likes x more than y" it is completely fine. The only reason it would get disrespectful to a particular individual or group would be if Ross said; " Ross likes x more than y, because y is too much of a b****, and too damn arrogant." That is a different story.

Just because staff do this because they want to help out, and not to be liked, does not mean they are not allowed to be liked. What if the topic was about; "what member of BC staff or not do you like the most?" Also this goes against the fact somebody stating they like you more than Angrod is disrespectful. If staff don't do their job to be liked, why would they care if someone likes somebody else more than them?

Spiders is the best, because of how he handles his shit and is good with people socially. Hes also nice and keeps lobbies entertaining.

There's nothing wrong with saying who you like more somewhere, on forums or in the lobby, but to have a poll like this.. idk..

I like all staff equally, i picked Materger because I'm a little bit better friends with him then the others in this list, also before he was chosen to be GM.
I think though, that Selene should win the place for most work put into everything, as all i ever hear of her is "I'm busy, I'm working on something", then 1hour later she posts a guide which must've taken a gazillion years to complete to her perfection.

No one needs to defend anyone in this thread, it's just a fun thread to see who's the most popular GM among the community. The results won't affect how we will handle situations in the future and it doesn't reflect how we work now.

I do not know how to interpret your reasoning Cooky, everyone is free to have their own favourite... To quote what Ross said, "It is not disrespectful just because someone voices their option that they like someone over another." All you do is placing your vote in who is your personal favorite, I really see nothing wrong with that.
For example, the question was not: who is the worst GM of them all? That would be wrong. 

I suppose that in this poll, people most likely voted for Mater because he treats players in a friendly way, he is also very talkative which is a great expertise to have. Then there are other GM's who are working better in 'other fields' and for other tasks. They are all useful for the server which is the principal. However, Mater definitely deserves the votes he gets just as much as they all do. 

Personally I did not vote, I believe they complement each other in a decent way. In other words, they possess own abilities and characteristics to be functional as a group. They are good in their own way and overall nobody is better than the other one, imo. Some may be more active than the others intermittently but that is just something inevitable.

Mostly people will vote for the most likeable one and instead of the best one. Yes, of course, some people voted because they believe him or her is doing the best job, but overall it's "Who I like more".

Even though others want to think differently, some people will still care despite showing otherwise.
