idont know any language programs or smth..
but why korean language be seen like rly weird words to all ppls except koreans??
well,, some guy asked me to translate korean..
so i said PM the pic(first pic) about it..
but in that pic, rly weird words appeared..
and real korean is like this(second pic)..
It's all about the regional and language settings. If you have your PC set to Korean then you will be able to see the characters, if not then you won't. Same goes for every "special" character.
