Title: Superman(Flying) VS Flash(Running)

In a race,Who would be faster if Superman is flying while the flash runs.
If they both run,it is said that Flash is faster,but since superman can absorb an unlimited amount of solar energy,Wouldnt it make him faster if he actually slept in the sun before the big race ? xD

I think that Supe's is faster both ways(Running & flying).Anyways Please enlighten me
