People on here generally use ribbon effects instead you used glass shards.
It looks like you just through a background on the signature, added a person, text and just smudge it a little around the hand.

It's your first sig, make 3-5 more and you will see your own improvements.
I remember my first sig. Made it like a week ago it was not as good as the one you made, that's my opinion tho. x)
