Tier 3.

I know it gives you more xp, but does it give you more gp if you have it equipped?

Just wondering as I'm 221, and I don't know if I should keep my lvl 1 tier 3, and replace it with elektra +7..

T3 bonuses don't affect gp/coins and other stuff gained from exp.
