Left side is nice, right side looks weird with the random line with/without text.
Meh...pretty good but like zom said, the right side needs tidying up a bit. Make pastel coloured text too :)

Oh, i like done that blend thing, neon'ed it the smudge using a bit of jitter, then blured and then i-warped it=move'ed it/stretch, simple only used like 2 layers and took 2 minutes.
