Delete any/all antivirus software you have. You won't need them.
Go into safe mode with networking and download mbam/avast. Mbam is on their website, just go to download.com for avast.
Install both.
Run a full scan of both.
Go to the movie theatres and have a nice time.
Come back and delete every virus found. It will find 99.999% of viruses as long as you're in safe mode.
Enjoy your virus-free computer.

It's what the professionals do to remove viruses. Me being one of them. And I learned from 4 different computer shop owners.
Be chargin you 85$ to go into safe mode and run those two programs.
