Delete any/all antivirus software you have. You won't need them.
Go into safe mode with networking and download mbam/avast. Mbam is on their website, just go to download.com for avast.
Install both.
Run a full scan of both.
Go to the movie theatres and have a nice time.
Come back and delete every virus found. It will find 99.999% of viruses as long as you're in safe mode.
Enjoy your virus-free computer.

I did full scan but I cant argue with yah on that on ;) It was just that particular virus that gave me the problem. You can check if you like.
I use the following stuff to protect myself / remove infections.
Anti malware Anti bytes ( fast scan )
S&D spybot for keyloggers
Keyscrambler to prevent leaking passwords
McAfee.
